11/13/09 Hit & Run: Police are investigating a hit & run accident that occurred in the Sand Spring Lot. Investigation reveals a commuter student parked in the student lot to attend class and upon returning to her vehicle discovered the vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. Damage reported to be the vehicle rear bumper on the passenger's side.
11/13/09 Damage to Property: FSU Groundskeeper reported graffiti on the rear side of Cambridge Hall. Officer found someone unknown had sprayed painted the letters "RWO" on the south wall of the building.
11/11/09 Damage to Property: A Sowers Hall student reported his vehicle was damaged while parked in the Center Street Lot. According to the victim the vehicle was parked in the student parking lot and upon returning to the vehicle the damage was noted. Damage was reported to be a large scratch on the passenger side doors.
11/11/09 Request for Officer: Police were called to Sowers Hall for a roommate dispute. Upon arrival Officers discovered two students who are roommates were having a verbal altercation in the hallway when one student allegedly pushed the other. Victim was advised of her District Court rights who declined criminal charges at this time. Students were separated and reported to be staying in separate residences for the night.
11/11/09 Request for Officer: Police responded to Gunter Hall and investigated a loud beeping sound in the computer lab. Officers notified the lab manager to respond.
11/11/09 Burglary: Police are investigating a burglary that occurred on the 2nd floor of Allen Hall. According to the victim someone unknown entered the residence on the 2nd floor and stole numerous items belonging to the occupants.
11/12/09 Request for Officer: Annapolis Hall Resident Assistant reported a burning smell emitting from a 1st floor apartment. Police responded and located a faculty smoke detector. Facilities notified.
11/14/09 Alcohol Violation: A Frederick Hall student was cited for underage drinking at the Fine Arts building. Report indicates the student was observed sitting on the steps appearing to be in some type of distress. Upon contact Officers discovered the student was intoxicated. Student was escorted back to his residence and charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
