10/21/09 Theft: Westminster Hall student reported his cellular phone taken while attending a student dance in the Cordts PE Center. Victim advised the phone was taken while walking through the crowd inside of the dance area.

10/21/09 Damage to Property: FSU employee reported damage to her vehicle while parked in the Hitchins Lot. Vehicle damage was a large dent to the front driver's side bumper.

10/21/09 Request for Officer: Grandparent requested police check on her granddaughter who resides in Annapolis Hall and reported to be arguing with her roommate. Officers responded and met with both parties who settled the argument. Both students agreed to sleep in separate areas for the night. Resident Director at the scene.

10/21/09 Fight: Police were called to investigate a reported fight in front of Sowers Hall. Upon arrival Officers found one student who advised several students on his floor keep taking his keys from him. While interviewing the student Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was charged with underage consumption of alcohol. Resident Director on Duty notified.

10/22/09 Alcohol Violation: Police were called to investigate a report of a student stumbling into a 2nd floor residence in Annapolis Hall. Police found one intoxicated student lying on her bed who admitted to drinking. Student was charged with underage consumption of alcohol. Resident Director was at the scene. Judicial Board referral submitted.

10/22/09 Request for Officer: Police were called to investigate a report of a female threatening to harm a first floor student. According to the victim, the suspect who is the sister of a third floor resident approached the victim several weeks ago and threatened to hit her in the face. Officer advised the suspect who is not a FSU student to leave the campus. Resident Director on Duty notified.

10/22/09 Theft: Off-campus student reported his IPod was taken while on the second floor of the Ort Library. According to the victim he placed his IPod on a desk and noticed it missing a short time later.
