When one thinks of the band OK GO the first thing to come to mind is their music video for 'Here It Goes' aka the one with treadmills and some crazy dancing, but this band is far from a one hit wonder. 'Here it Goes' and twelve other equally awesome songs fill OK Go's second album, OH NO. Hailing from Chicago OK Go consists of Damian Kulas on Guitar and Vocals, Tim Nordwind on Bass, Dan Konopka with Drums, and last but not least Andy Ross with Guitar and Keyboards. Together this group has written some excellent rock/alternative songs in their second album. Also coming up on March 7th OK Go will be showing at the Recher Theater in Towson Maryland and it promises to be a great show. For more information on OK Go or just to check out some music videos or even to see the bands blog be sure to go to www.okgo.net. On their album Oh No, OK Go opens with the upbeat and strong track, 'Invincible'. With its strong but not too strong sound this song is surely to attract any fan of alternative. Following this is 'Do What You Want' which brings out the bass with a leading bass that takes this song through its ups and downs and occasionally passing the rhythm to the guitar is what make this song truly unique. 'A Good Idea At The Time' is next up with its upbeat cheery sound that really brings out Kulas' vocal ability.

Following this is "Oh Lately Its Been So Quiet' is one of their slower songs about a girl who's gone with another man that features some witty and almost comical lyrics. 'It's a Disaster' has a similar feel to the first few songs with its upbeat feel and driving lyrics, but following this is 'A Million Ways' that has a unique sound and style that shows of the bands diverseness with its use of lead guitar and slightly choppy sound. 'No Sign of Life' is up next with a slightly different feel that brings out the lead guitar and drums to make this song one of the better ones on the album. OK Go's next track is another slower song that has more lyrics that are very creative and combined with the musical bit is a great song to just listen to. 'Crash the Party' follows this with a bright and cheery song with an extremely catchy chorus that will have the listener begging for more. The rest of the album consists of the following tracks: 'Televisions, Television'; 'Maybe, This Time'; and last but not least 'The House Wins'. All in all OK Go is already a successful band that only promises to get bigger and better in time and any music fan worth their salt should definitely check them out.
